"Just over 13 years ago, Andrew came to our newly purchased house that had nothing but a coal fire for heat. Andrew went through our requirements and what we expected from our heating system. He then installed our boiler and radiators throughout the house to give us the most cost-effective heating system with the maximum benefit. He has maintained our boiler every year since, and apart from a few minor faults with the boiler through wear and tear we have had no problems to speak of.
